Introducing Big Harvest Wholesale
The new Big Harvest Wholesale range of food products has been developed for your restaurant, café or take-away outlet, so you can extend your menu and increase your side orders without incurring extra preparation time or using kitchen space.

Our wholesale products are unique. They are made fresh-to-order and offer something a bit different. They're fresh, wholesome, and ready to eat - just dress or heat, then serve. They can be served as side orders, or as meals in themselves. With good storage lives, they look great in a display fridge.

Salads

Moroccan Carrot Salad

Finely grated carrot, cashews, fresh coriander, spiced with cumin and finished off with a fresh, zesty lemon dressing

Beetroot, Dill & Walnut Salad

Freshly grated beetroot, mixed through with chopped dill and walnuts, roasted pumpkin & sunflower seeds, complemented by an orange dressing

Chickpea, Roasted Mediterranean Vegetable & Herb Salad

Chickpeas, roasted capsicum, grilled eggplant, caramelised onions with fresh herbs and tangy seasoned lemon dressing

Lentil, Feta and Mint Salad

Mount Zero lentils, fresh mint, semi-dried tomatoes and tangy feta with a delicious red wine vinaigrette

Soups and hot dishes

Lamb harira

A Moroccan-style casserole made with lamb, lentils, chickpeas and herbs and spices, traditionally served for special occasions. Serve with cous cous.

Minestrone

An Italian soup with a tomato base and fortified with beans and vegetables. Serve with crusty bread and parmesan cheese.

Dahl

Delicately spiced dahl made from lentils, fresh herbs and spices.

Spinach and feta pie

Flaky filo pie filled with spinach and feta. Requires gentle toasting for service.
